Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of Simply Connected with Amy and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

Payment

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased.

Subscriptions

Once a subscription is paid for, it will be auto-pay until you choose to cancel. Cancellation requires written notice (text or email) 1 week before the first of the following month.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given unless there is an extenuating circumstance or the program or class is cancelled by the instructor. All requests should be sent via email to amy@simplyconnectedwithamy.com

By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Changes to This Agreement

Simply Connected with Amy reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the Your Nowhere Town site immediately.
